Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all items sold by Wapsi WildRoot Remedies are handcrafted, small-batch, consumable herbal goods produced in accordance with Iowa Cottage Law guidelines.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wapsiwildroots@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our care.
